Job Brief

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of work experience in the below-mentioned skills.

  • .NET, MVC, .NET core with C#
  • Javascript, JQuery, Angular, HTML CSS (front end technologies)
  • Database: MS SQL, My SQL, Oracle
  • REST/SOAP API creating/ consuming
  • Integration with back-end data systems and CTI (Cisco ICM, Genesys, Web Services, HTTP/XML, Database via SQL, JDBC/ADO.NET (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Informix), CLEO / Legacy emulation (ex. 3270), Fax, Reporting)
  • Experience with web technology and application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, IIS, Apache, WebLogic)
  • String analytic and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in CTI integration with CRM( SFDC, MS CRM, SNOW, etc.)
  • Mobile app development experience
  • Well versed with integration of CVP Call Studio applications to remotely hosted web services – IVR
  • Solution Designing and Analysing the IVR Call Flows.
