Job Description

Position Summary

We're Consilium Software, a customer engagement platform SaaS company that have helped over 2,000 companies in more than 120 countries connect their employees with customers(www.consiliuminc.com ).

 

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage various technical projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with exceptional project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, including developers, engineers, and other technical staff, to achieve project objectives
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly through reports, meetings, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate project activities and dependencies into overall project plans.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Technology degree and PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the IT industry.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies, technologies, and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
