    MUMBAI: Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories and Consilium Software today announced the signing of a partnership agreement to deliver contact centre and enterprise solutions in India and South-East Asia.
    Consilium would resell the entire suite of Genesys' solutions and provide implementation support to joint customers, a press release said here.
    "This strategic alliance expands both companies' ability to reach more customers in the Asia-Pacific region, delivering solutions that optimise customer service and improve business efficiency within enterprises," Genesys Senior Vice-President (APAC and Japan) Michael McBrien said.
    "Genesys is a leading provider of contact applications and we are excited to be representing them in the significant markets of India and south-east Asia," Consilium CEO Pramod Ratwani said.
