As the Vice President for sales operations, Deepak is responsible for growing and directing Consilium’s Cisco unified communications and collaboration sales and marketing efforts. Deepak will play a key role in expanding Consilium’s business globally, with a focus on India and South Asia, and strengthening Consilium’s brand.
Deepak has proven experience with technology companies contributing to ingenious, strategic initiatives for nailing business challenges, providing solid guidance for the entire customer experience lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation, and possesses dexterity in driving relationship management, CXO-level engagements, customer satisfaction and team management.
Deepak brings 19 years of robust sales leadership and marketing experience across strategic alliances, account management, GTM initiatives and global business development in the ICT sector, with the last 11 years being in the contact center industry. Deepak comes to Consilium with a stellar list of achievements, having most recently worked as Regional Director at Aspect Software, growing Aspect’s strategic alliances and sales in the cloud contact center domain. Prior to that, he was Account Sales Director at BT Global Services, a global IT service provider, where he engineered alliances with OEM’s (primarily Cisco) and assisted domestic and global clients in aligning their transactional and IT growth strategy.
Deepak holds Bachelor of Engineering degree, majoring in Electronics and Communications, MBA in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad and accomplished General Management from IIM Kolkata
