Consilium Software Awarded High-End Cisco Contact Center Partner Status in Thailand

Consilium Software, the Unified Communications software company specializing in on-premise and cloud solutions for enterprises and contact centers, today announced that it has expanded its market position in South East Asia (ASEAN) by achieving the designation of Cisco Systems’ Authorized Technology Provider for high-end contact center solutions in Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos.  This recognition comes three months after the establishment of Consilium Software (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and the appointment of Khun Grisdagorn Siriaporn as country manager based in Bangkok.

Cisco's Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) Program for Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) is an invitation-only program for partners with experience in the high-end, enterprise contact-center market.  By becoming an ATP-UCCE Satellite partner in the Thailand country group, Consilium's sales and support organizations are best prepared to properly sell, design, install, and support the Cisco specific technology and products.  Consilium has proven strengths in combining advanced professional services with the Consilium Uni™ suite of Cisco Compatible products, superior application development skills and the Consilium UniCloud™ multi-vendor service automation platform to deliver high-performance solutions for banks, financial institutions, telecom operators and the automotive industry.
