Consilium Software is Again Recognized by Cisco as Contact Center Enterprise ATP

Consilium Software, the Unified Communications software company specializing in solutions for enterprises and contact centers, today announced that it has once again achieved the designation of Cisco Systems’ Authorized Technology Provider for Unified Contact Center Enterprise (ATP-UCCE.) This status recognizes Consilium as having fulfilled the training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, deploy and support Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise solutions.
The Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) ATP is focused on the high-end enterprise contact center marketplace. Participation in this program allows partners to provide intelligent call routing, network-to-desktop Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), and contact management solutions to enterprise agents over an IP-based network. These solutions allow any telephone user on a Cisco Unified Communications Manager to become a contact center agent. UCCE Solutions can scale to an unlimited number of agents.

The Cisco Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) Program develops global market opportunities for advanced and emerging technology solutions through qualified Cisco channel partners while ensuring high customer satisfaction. To qualify for the ATP-UCCE certification, Consilium had to meet a number of requirements, from having staff that fulfill specific job responsibilities across Cisco sales, presales, implementation and support roles to building a lab for development and customer-fault replication. In addition to the ATP-UCCE designation, Consilium Software’s contact center expertise is further recognized as an Authorized Technology Provider for Cisco's Customer Voice Portal (ATP-CVP) and the Cisco Advanced Unified Communications Specialization.
