Consilium was presented this award at the Genesys Asia-Pacific & Japan Partner Forum held in Chiang Mai, Thailand in recognition of their outstanding performance in 2009. The year was marked by a string of Consilium wins in successfully selling and delivering Genesys contact center solutions to the global business process outsourcing (BPO) sector.
