Consilium Enters its 10th Year as Cisco Contact Center Specialist Partner

Consilium started in 2007 as a Cisco contact center specialist partner in India and Singapore, a focus which has expanded over time to Cisco contact center and cloud collaboration solutions, and Consilium’s Uni™ suite of Cisco Compatible products for the global market. Consilium has maintained the prized Cisco Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) specialization for Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) in the Asia Pacific region since 2008, with India as the host country and an ATP-UCCE lab in New Delhi for software development and “real-world” testing to simulate actual end-user conditions. Consilium’s Advanced Collaboration Architecture and ATP-UCCE designations, and long-standing Cisco DevNet credentials are the foundations enabling the selling, planning, designing, implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting of Cisco’s complete collaboration and contact center portfolio.
The recently acquired Cisco Cloud Collaboration Resale Partner status allows Consilium to sell and implement new technologies such as Cisco Context Service, a cloud-based storage for customer journey data, enabling delivery of an omni-channel customer service experience.
